Update, 15 Dec: ESPA responded with an apology and have arranged a refund. Thank you. Re my review yesterday, still trying to contact ESPA but totally impossible. Their telephone rings for 20 times followed by an abrupt 'the person on extension 22360 is unavailable' then immediate cut off. ESPA seem to have time (within hours) to praise those they have Invited to place a positive review, but make absolutely no attempt to respond to customers totally let down and in need of help. Please, ESPA, respond to my order 255109244 which you said (on 27th Nov) would arrive by 1st December. Alternatively provide refund. Either way please COMMUNICATE!

Still not received my products. Have contacted customer services 6 times over last 16 days and they keep saying they need to hear back from Hermes as to where the product is as it was out for delivery 11 days ago but then said there’d been a problem with the delivery. So, a normal company would just send a replacement but not Espa... no, they just keep saying wait to see if it turns up. So am I just waiting for the delivery driver to suddenly remember that he put my parcel in his glove compartment and will miraculously deliver it. The customer service department need a new ‘Head of Department’ as it obviously has no service levels in place with delivery providers and they have not rolled out the ‘Apologise to the customer’ training programme. Shocking customer service, great products but I just don’t need the hassle. There’s other good products out there from other companies that actually arrive. Goodbye Espa.

I love the bath oil, it has a gorgeous smell and feels so good for my skin. I also love the foaming cleanser and the face polish. All great products

I love every thing about the body scrub, the smell is delightful, your skin feels so soft and nourished after use.

Dire! I ordered several items, including some I intended to gift to someone else. The parcel arrived damaged - the inside of a lid was faulty and it leaked throughout the parcel, spoiling the packaging of other items. Part of the order was a 'duo', including a cleaner and toner. Not unreasonably I asked Espa to replace the toner which had leaked - I'd have to gift the other items without packaging. After providing pictures of the damaged items they said they'd replace the toner. Nothing was received so after messaging Espa I was again asked for photographic proof - which they already had but had clearly not read the full communication exchange on their system. They said it'd be a wait for the toner or I could have a partial refund of the duo. That wouldn't cover the cost of the toner if bought individually so I checked the website and found the toner is in stock so asked them to send it to me. They've said they can't, even though they'd already said I could wait for it (it's in stock on their site today) or have a refund. Ridiculous. I'm now waiting for contact details to speak to someone. I wonder how long I'll have to wait for that info. Seriously considering changing skincare brands.

Prompt reaction from your customer service. As for the illamasqua products -fantastic as always ♡.

ABSOLUTELY DIGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Made a purchase in November 2020, the items never arrived. I've been requesting a refund since December and they will not refund me. Incompetent company, they don't deserve custom. Order from another skincare company!

Excellent shampoo and conditioner. I cannot fault Espa products

Good quality product and offering gifts sets with a discount incentives purchase.

Countless poor experiences with ESPA which is a shame as their products (if you ever receive them) are lovely! I was having issues with delivery of my orders even before Covid; I have stuck by you ESPA only for you to consistently let me down. Delays to an order are one thing and are forgivable if an explanation is provided but there is no one to call, no one available on chat, no one picks up messages/emails and even contact via Instagram fails! This can be forgiven once or twice but I have had more orders with issues than not! I will move to another product line now as given the price of the ESPA products the hassle isn’t worth it. No apologies ever, a single £5 gift voucher with a time limit is all I have received! Frankly, the service and company ethos is disgusting. I am now going to report them to trading standards of which they are in breach of and will report the transaction for which an order never arrived to my bank as fraudulent to get my money back. It’s sad it’s got to this point ESPA! I suggest a serious overhaul of the customer experience

I order a lot of Espa products - in the run up to Christmas I spent approximately £400 on their site.In the January sale I ordered an Optimal Skin Care set, only to be told over a week later that it was out of stock. I was sent a nice apology e-mail and offered 40% off my next purchase and a free winter spice candle (no mention of you must order using the shop now button in the e-mail, or whilst stocks last). I ordered £62.40 worth of products, after discount and chose the hand gel, which is the de-luxe mini on orders over £30. The e-mail said that the candle would be added at the checkout automatically. The order confirmation came through without the candle so I messaged Espa Customer Services as you cannot call them at the moment. The first response was 'did you click on the 'shop now' button' and then the case was closed!!! What sort of a response / resolution is this? I answered that I could not remember but the e-mail did not state that I needed to do so. The next response was 'I am sorry this is not the outcome you would like but we sent you the hand gel instead'. Obviously the customer service assistants are not upto date with the offers on the website and so did not know, nor had they seen it on my order confirmation where it clearly stated that this was a de-luxe mini on orders over £30.To make things worse, The My Hermes courier dropped the parcel as he delivered it and it smashed all over my doorstep, so I refused the delivery. The tracking on my order on the Espa website clearly states that the delivery was not made as it was damaged. I messaged Espa customer services and sent images, only to be told that I could only have a replacement when the item was received back in the warehouse. This is a saturated box with smashed contents!! I pointed out that the tracking confirms it was not delivered, only to be told yet again that they would not send a replacement until confirmed with the warehouse.I have updated this feedback, still the issue not resolved. What is important to note though, is that Espa only respond to their positive feedbacks ... that is very telling in itself!

love all products, totally indulgent, smells divine. love love love them
